Membership Networks

People have been linked by organisation and recorded date of membership grouped by decade. So eg people with dates 1891, 1896 and 1898 would all be linked as 1890s. If it feels a bit too broad I could narrow it down to, say, 2 or 3 years before and after the recorded date.

At present only includes member of (P67). It could also include fellow of (P75)?

Filtered out:

• RAI (the numbers are very large - over 300 individuals - and I'm not sure that membership of such a large organisation is a particularly meaningful connection in itself)
• BM Reading Room (the second largest group (90ish); it really dominated the graph and also perhaps feels like a different kind of membership.

In both cases I can put them back in but would probably handle dates with more precision.

Completely undated memberships (there are not that many) have also been removed.

• size of node reflects level of connectedness (degree)
• width of edges reflects number of links between a pair (link weight)
• colour for auto-detected clusters
